Just putting a feeler out here. Myself and two of my current roommates are in talks to secure a 4/2.5 house in south Boulder off table Mesa. We should know by end of week (5/22). Move in would be 7/1/26 and a year long lease renewal at end of September (taking over a lease). We’re hopeful it will all work out but want to gauge others interest in finding a room between $750-$1000 for rent plus utilities. I’d be happy to chat but fair warning this could fall through for us too
