I’m looking for a month sublet for 3-weeks to a month from June 27-July 18, dates flexible. I am easygoing and work remotely but would like to see if Chicago is the place for me. I like to keep things tidy especially in communal areas. I usually like to host dinner parties or game nights but don’t envision I’ll be doing too much of that given my short timeline! I’d like for a welcoming space for friends to come by but don’t like a rowdier space or somewhere that the party comes home to. Queer friendly would be great! 420 friendly but preference for it not to be inside the place.
