Quiet, respectful, and fairly reserved tenant! I do prefer my own space and being clean is non-negotiable. I respect people’s things. Despite my quiet nature, that doesn’t mean I am not socialble. I’d love to maintain a good relationship with anyone I live with.

I’m out most of the day for work, school, or trips to the gym. If I am home, I’m very quiet. I also believe in communication to avoid any potential concerns.
