I’m a quiet, clean, relaxed, and respectful housemate who’s quite sensitive to noise and vibrations (especially when sleeping), so I am best suited to live with other quiet folks in peaceful spaces and neighborhoods. I play music daily, but I can easily use headphones when doing so if the sounds are disruptive to others.

I meditate regularly, love to rock climb (indoor + outdoor), enjoy cooking, and am from New England. My work background is in corporate wellness, health-related tech startups, and sports massage therapy. I currently run my own solo house & pet sitting business.

I’ve spent multiple years traveling the country volunteering in communal environments, so I am quite adept at living mindfully in shared spaces and being respectful with others’ possessions. I value open communication, collaboration, and having positive shared experiences (but I respect others’ needs for solitude and don’t force interactions). I’m introverted, but I am not shy.

I don’t smoke tobacco products, I rarely drink, and I don’t have pets. I responsibly enjoy cannabis sometimes, but I’m totally fine stepping outside to do that if the scent is bothersome.
