Seeking female only long-term roommate(s) to find an apartment or house in NoVa with private bathrooms and parking, top floor preferred. No dogs, please.

I will be commuting to Tysons so I would prefer to live close by or with easy silver line access. I am an exceedingly clean, quiet, and agreeable person to live with, so I am looking for people who prefer clutter-free and quiet spaces (i.e. little to no TV and music played aloud, no dishes in the sink, no clutter in shared spaces).
