Hi! I’m Kat, 24, and I’m looking for a calm, respectful household to share. 🌈 I have two indoor cats, so we’re not able to live with additional free-roaming pets. One is shy and keeps to himself at first, and the other is curious about people but prefers to be ignored. They’re well cared for, and I stay very on top of litter and cleanliness. Home is my recharge space. I work long shifts and really value a peaceful, organized, moderately quiet environment when I’m home. (I am in the middle of a potential career change). I’m friendly and warm, but I’m not overly social in shared spaces — I prefer coexisting comfortably rather than constant activity. I’m sensitive to strong smells (like heavy smoke, strong fragrances, etc.) and excessive noise, so I’m looking for a home that’s relatively calm and not high-traffic or party-focused. I do regularly have one person over (usually my partner), but we’re respectful, low-key, and mindful of shared spaces. I’m big on communication and making sure everyone feels comfortable in the home. I’m clean, detail-oriented, and proactive about shared responsibilities. I stay on top of dishes, laundry, and common areas so things don’t pile up. I strongly prefer roommates who do the same. I value privacy, emotional maturity, and mutual respect. Ideally, I’m looking for a responsible, moderately quiet household where everyone can decompress and feel at ease! 🏳️‍🌈
