I own a home near York, Pennsylvania, but I work for a FedEx contracted carrier for FedEx in Hagerstown. I’m looking for a single room that I can set a desk up in to use as an office space So I can work comfortably rather than from a truck, and stay in several nights a week. Work creates no foot traffic, so it would just be me, and possibly an occasional friend once or twice a month. I don’t smoke, but I do occasionally vape. I am mature, tidy, quiet and good-natured. I’d still go home to my home several days a week. I would not receive mail there, as my company already has a mailing address.
