Just accepted a new job in Timonium working in the medical marijuana industry and am looking to move there soon. I’ll be working mostly but I like to socialize on the weekends. I’ve lived in Philly for the past 10 year and have experience with living with other people. No kids or pets (I’m a cat AND dog person :D). In the past, I’ve always been the responsible roommate so I will be as responsible as possible. Communication is the key to a happy living space and definitely strive to make sure there is no animosity between me and the people I live with.
