I sing, cook, & clean often, expect minimal guests, love to garden, play games, ride bikes. Beware to light sleepers on 9-5 schedules, I do keep odd hours, night owl rotations.
Prefer alcohol/nicotine/Trumper-free/ low chemical use homespace. Mold/mildew free housing is essential.
I require at least one phone call and one in-public meeting with prospective roomies.
