Hi! I’m looking to rent a room on a monthly basis and would be staying there about two to three nights a week. I work in New York City three to four days a week and spend the rest of my time in Philadelphia, so this would mainly be a crash pad while I’m in the city.

I’m quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. Since I’m not around full-time, I’m low impact in shared spaces and really value a clean, safe, and calm environment. I’m looking for a similar vibe in a roommate and a place that feels comfortable and well cared for.
