Hi! I’m Akash. I recently landed a new job as an educator/tutor in the Chesapeake area and I’m looking for a great place to settle in. Since I balance working and being a student, my weekdays are usually pretty busy, and I value a clean, relaxed, and respectful environment at home. I pay my rent on time and always clean up after myself in shared spaces. I’m very friendly, and I’m completely open to teaming up to find a new place together. Looking forward to connecting!
