I’m an incoming international Master’s student at the University of the Potomac (DC Campus). I previously studied at Regent University in Virginia and visited DC several times, so I’m already familiar with student life in the U.S. I’m responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m very comfortable contributing to house chores and responsibilities. I am 38 yeras old but I am friendly with all ages. I value a calm, friendly home environment. My academic program starts on February 25, 2026. I would like to move-in on Feb. 23, 2026.
