I value a peaceful and clean home. I am calm and easy to talk to, quiet and happy to clean around the house. I like having a friendly and comfortable vibe with my roommate while respecting each-other’s privacy and alone time. Reliable and always on time with rent. I have two very sweet 7-year-old bonded male cats who are non-destructive, easy to befriend and live with. I keep the litter clean and in my room. I am a student at UCSD finishing my biology degree this spring, so I will be on campus M-F and home at night to study and rest. In my free time i’m outside rock climbing, biking, or enjoying coffee!
