Looking for female roomie to team up for 2+ bed/2+ bath townhome w garage.

I am a friendly introvert, my home is where I reset. Im respectful, responsible, clean. I like to cook/meal prep and happy to yap over some meals here and there. I work full time and usually have a bit of homework. New to the bay area, have some friends and family close by but not into party houses and rarely have guests over. Love going to the gym, reading, going to church and watching my podcasts in my down time.
