hi!!! im genevieve and im in my early 20s looking to find a place in hoboken or jersey city area! i know kind of early BUT my ideal move in time would be for december. my budget is <$1500 (cheaper the better)! ideally would like to have 2 roommates.

i will be going to grad school at Rutgers Newark for physical therapy. i’m super active, social, and love to have fun! i like to participate in work out classes, yoga, going to concerts, or even wine nights in. i would love to be friends with my roommates and also totally okay with coexisting no pressure!

i’m super clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces as i’ve lived with roommates before in the past. i would love to live with someone who is just as respectful and easy going! im pet friendly and want to make the space feel as welcoming as possible.
