We are a couple that are interested in subletting the apartment. We are great tenants, have excellent recommendations (we can give you the references). We are Loren & Adriana (29 & 31). We are looking from March 1st. We would like to rent it. We are very quiet, we do not smoke, or drink. We are very tidy and clean. We enjoy watching tv, reading books and home cooked meals after work. We like to go out for walks, go to coffee shops, barnes and nobles & explore parks. We are a Private Executive & Personal Admin. Assistant and a Commercial & Household technician. We have a small Cavalier king charles( literally the size of a cat but even quieter), she has narcolepsy so she is asleep 88% of the day. All she needs is her bed or her doggy chair. She is professionally trained and very sweet with everyone. You can meet her and see for yourself, she’s the sweetest softest dog you will ever meet!
