I’m a recent transplant from upstate NY and disabled artist. I’m pretty laid back, I don’t drink though I do consume cannabis for medical reasons. I spend a lot of my time on art, volunteering or just being out and about. I also do some freelance graphic design and video editing. I would prefer to be at most 30-40 minute walk from most places at most and walking distance from a bus stop. Anything with even a patio or shared courtyard would be a huge bonus since I do like to spend my time outside. I moved from upstate NY with just the amount of belongings that fit in a mini van so I have no furniture coming with me. I also prepare a lot of my meals at home.
