I have a balanced and routine lifestyle. I cook regularly and usually work in a hybrid setup (2–3 days work from home). I’m respectful of personal space but also enjoy occasional interaction with my roommate — a good balance of friendly and independent.

I’m a non-smoker and only an occasional drinker. I don’t have pets and would prefer a no-pet home. I’m also looking for a non-smoking environment (at least inside the house).

I keep my personal and shared spaces clean and organized and would appreciate the same from my roommate.
