I am a young professional male (23) who just started a full-time engineering job in Santa Ana and I am looking to rent a room. I am looking for a place to rent month-to-month.

I am quiet and keep to myself when in the house and will be out of the house most of the day on weekdays, due to my full-time job.

I enjoy exercising and lifting weights as a pastime, so I would be going after work and doing those as extracurricular activities. I do not tend to stay out late, I try to be in bed by 11pm/12am most days.
