Some of my expenses are mounting and I need a cheaper place as rent is a lot for me right now. I’m looking for a place to stay that won’t break the bank but also has a private bathroom. I don’t do drugs or smoke. I have had multiple, extensive Law Enforcement level background checks per my occupation, and would be willing to do one on here if needed. I have proof of my full time employment. I have extensive renter history with references. I am a clean and quiet person. I do not own any pets and would not mind yours. Some of the things I like to do, when I am not working, are play my guitar, play golf, gold panning, and, occasionally, video games. Most of my friends are from Southern California so you won’t have to worry about many visitors.
