LAST MONTH I FOUND AN APARTMENT in Gresham near Mount Hood Community College. It’s a perfect place for a student. I’m looking for a mature, trustworthy female (preferably) roommate immediately. (Emotionally mature and financially responsible.) Your half of the rent would be $725 + utilities. June will be prorated.

The apartment is a very roomy 2 bed/2 bath with a patio, shed, washer & dryer and a pool in the summer. The square footage is 1,050 sq ft, I believe. Your room is unfurnished and is the smaller of the two, but it’s not tiny. For the features of this apartment, it’s a great find for the price.

I have two, sweet, elderly female cats. We prefer a clean quiet home. Since my cats are cleared as emotional support animals, we are allowed another pet if they get along.

Please, no one that’s addicted to alcohol or illicit drugs, however I’m comfortable with cannabis. I have a CDL, so I’m not able to partake.

I’m a very transparent person and usually I’m fine with discussing most topics. I believe in giving people their personal space as long as they’re not infringing on others or acting entitled. A quiet peaceful home is a must for me. If you need a furnished bedroom, there are a lot of ways we can find donated or second hand furniture. Also, I could use some help decorating this new space. ;-)
