A roommate’s attitude will also reflect mine, so it’s imperative that if you decide to team up with me, we have to be on the same page regarding any issues and concerns.

Additionally, I am intending to work full-time if things work out in terms of housing, so there’s going to be some possible risk of things not working out. As such, consider teaming up with me as more of a “what-if” instead of a guarantee (unless things work out as it should).
