Hi, I am 68, Female looking for a roommate with another female that values a clean house, security, and is trustworthy. I am semi retired but will continue to work at temp jobs about 25-30 hours week. When I’m home I’m typically in my room on the computer reading or watching TV, otherwise out on a walk. I spend a few days a week at the library as well. I would prefer a private bath & just 1 roommate only, however I am open to sharing if the fit is right. I am flexible on price, location and bath situations. Ideally I would like a month to month with a low or no deposit and see how it goes from there- again, I am flexible on that too. I’m very clean and tidy. I don’t smoke, no drugs, have no drama, or play anything loud & I use headphones. I would like the same in a roommate. In spring & summer I occasionally go out of town on weekends camping or road trips. My preference is a professional female roommate that wants the same things in a roommate as I mentioned. My rent window is up to $1,100 depending on the size space, amenities, location and privacy. I am looking to rent in the Camarillo, Oxnard, or Ventura areas. Thank you, Colleen
