Hi, I’m Tris 😊 I’m moving back to Jacksonville in September after spending almost a year traveling internationally, and I’m looking to rent a furnished room in the Riverside / Five Points area (zip code 32204). My Routine & Lifestyle: I lead a beautifully balanced, wellness-focused life. Some days I am a total homebody and love leaning into a slow, restorative pace… sleeping in, taking naps, and spending quiet time studying and researching esoteric history or whatever new curiosity catches my mind. Other days, I am more active and outgoing, heading out to focus on my fitness and explore local neighborhood markets and cafes. Because I am neurodivergent and highly sensitive, protecting my peace, staying regulated, and honoring my energy is an everyday priority for me. I deeply value a calm, clean, sensory-friendly, and completely peaceful home. I’m incredibly mindful of shared spaces, naturally keep common areas immaculate and organized, and thrive best in environments with low noise and zero drama. I follow a conscious, meat-free lifestyle, rotating beautifully between vegan and vegetarian depending on what my body needs, so I would love to live with like-minded plant-based roommates. I am pet-friendly as long as the pet is human-friendly, and I am deeply respectful of other people’s routines, quiet hours, and absolute privacy. In my personal practice, I follow indigenous spiritual traditions which occasionally includes burning incense or sage; however, I am always highly considerate of airflow, and if smudging or burning is a sensitivity or problem for you, I will absolutely respect that boundary. What I’m Looking For: I am looking for a furnished room in an already established house or loft with 1 or 2 relaxed, communicative, and considerate roommates who value cleanliness, independent living, and a quiet sanctuary. I prefer a room with an attached private bathroom, but I don’t mind sharing a bathroom mindfully with the right person. Utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi included in a flat rate is ideal.
