I’m looking for a roommate who loves art, plants, and some of the decor / furniture I’ve collected through the years. I am adopting my sister’s super awesome cat (more like a dog) - so he comes with me.

I also have an awesome niece and nephew

I’m looking at places now, so if you are just looking to meet a roommate and look for a new place together, please reach out. I’m looking for 1-2 roommates (tbd). I especially value good communicators and those speak directly and kindly if something bothers them. (extra awesome if they can joke about it). I like being social in the main spaces, but get pretty busy with work in certain seasons. I’m super chill and like things tidy in main spaces but with spaciousness to be a real human / actually live in the house.

More than anything, I’m looking for a space and people that create a welcoming experience for everyone that walks through the door. I have the cutest niece and nephew that visit 1-2x a month. Always with advance notice, usually during morning or daytime hours.

I work for a local nonprofit music venue and do photography/design on the side. I’ve been back in Seattle for 10+ years, but lived overseas for 9 years before that. I often work from home in the mornings and go into the office in the afternoon/early evening.

I get free coffee beans, bagels concert tickets, and beer/cider from my work - so that is a fun perk. (:
