Well, I work a lot- more than most. Am not home much while working but when I’m done with projects I may take long breaks off work, I am a building contractor involved in residential development managing projects like new custom home constructions and other residential projects in Borrego springs and greater San Diego county. Am looking for a nice friendly place to seriously rest easy. I keep to myself and enjoy reading a lot whenever I can and working out at my gym. I regrettably do not have any doggos as I’m too busy for one but am loved by all pets. Would love to find a place to prep my meals for the week (maybe grill my meats and veggies) and have a cooler to freeze my cooler freeze packs but all these extras are not required. I have one vehicle, a red jeep wrangler named Crimson5 which I love very much and would like to find a place that is furnished for me and has safe parking for my jeep. I love camping and heading out to our beautiful outdoors as much as possible.

*I have an amazing life partner which does not and unfortunately will not be living with me but I do require a homeowner that will have absolutely no issue with occasional overnight stays and visits, no exceptions. I am also not limited to the monthly amount I posted. Thank you.
