Hi there, I’m a 28 year old single mom to a very sweet autistic 3 year old boy. I’m looking for a safe & peaceful environment for me and my son for a temporary living arrangement, open to a month to month or 6+ month lease to start. I’m a homebody during the week & enjoy quiet activities, I am organized and clean, however during the summer we will be out of the house often. For the sake of transparency my son stims& sensory seeks due to his autism and it can be loud & repetitive at times, so if that is a deal breaker I understand. I work very hard at redirecting these behaviors but it is not entirely avoidable as a parent with a disabled child, I’m hoping to find someone accommodating and understanding of this. I’m very respectful & empathetic and I am great with direct communication :)
