Hi! I’m looking for a quiet, respectful living situation and I think I’d be a great roommate. I work weekdays, I’m an early riser, and I’m generally pretty quiet when I’m at home. I like to keep my space clean and organized I’ve lived with roommates before and I’ve usually been the one making sure the place stays taken care of. I’m friendly and social when I go out, but at home I’m more relaxed and low-key. I’m not confrontational, I avoid drama, and I’m easy to communicate with if anything ever comes up. I do drink alcohol occasionally, but I don’t smoke and I’m looking for a non-smoking home. I’m a Christian, and I value a peaceful environment. I’m also an avid gym-goer and a big baseball fan. I do have a pet, but if that’s an issue, I’m willing to keep her at my parents’ house until I move into my own place. I also don’t mind children, I’m an uncle and have experience working with families. I’m married, but my wife is finishing chiropractic school right now. Once she’s done, we’ll be moving into our own place, so I’m mainly looking for something stable and respectful in the meantime. I’m open to being friends with my roommate, but I’m also totally fine keeping things separate and just living peacefully. Mainly I’m looking for someone who is clean, quiet, respectful, and doesn’t smoke.
