Local lady looking for a bedroom with own private bathroom, and use of other shared spaces in particular kitchen and laundry facilities. Will also consider a one bedroom studio or apartment with cooking facilities and access to laundry facilities. Strong preference will be given to furnished accommodations. I am comfortable mixing with all ages and also fine with female and or male roommates. I generally spend most of my time quietly in my room and if space allows will provide my own seating and tv if not already provided. At present don’t have my own car but will most likely get one soon, so parking availability would be a bonus. Financial stability can readily be provided along with personal references. I have two young adult children, one lives locally and I would love to occasionally have them pop over to visit as a guest in my accommodations, but not as an overnight guest. I am comfortable around pets but do not have any of my own. I enjoy travel, particularly to the UK and California to visit family. Some other interests of mine are cooking, crochet, knitting, sewing, Streaming movies and tv shows, reading, sudoku and container gardening.
