Hello! Looking to rent a room for 6 months - 1 year (if extension is available, it could be an option based on my career progression). For the last decade, I’ve rented apartments in the SoCal area. I’m always on time with rent and am still friends with all my previous roomies, even though we’ve ventured to new towns. I’m currently in the early process of re-skilling in an accelerated paralegal cert (I was formerly an exec assistant and writer). My goal is to work at a firm in DTLA or SGV in the future. I’m conscientious of cleaning, roomies, and pets (I love cats. I’ve lived with them since I was a baby). In my spare time, I’m usually watching tv shows on my laptop, gaming, or visiting family. And I’m always down for movie or game night with roomies!
