I am a mental health therapist based in White Plains, New York. Outside of my professional work, I value spending my days off connecting with family and friends, maintaining my health by going to the gym, and attending local events in the community. I tend to be a morning person who appreciates structure and routine. I am naturally friendly and approachable, while also valuing my privacy and personal space, which helps me maintain balance both personally and professionally.
