I am open minded, zero drama, peaceful, respectful & quiet seeking same. Prefer private bathroom. I am semi retired, work from my bedroom or outside when it’s nice. I require sleep at night. “Morning person”

Prefer only one other person in the home. I do not drive anymore, Uber must be readily available in your area.

My privacy is very important to me. I don’t work for free, if you want my consulting services it must be deducted from the rent at full price. (this has been a big problem in the past, so now it has to be a requirement.)

I do use mobility devices when needed but I do not consider myself handicapped or disabled. My body just can’t keep up with my spirit! I don’t require handicap access but cannot live upstairs.
