I’m a reliable, easy-going professional currently working full-time in administrative logistics within the energy sector. I’ve got a very steady, verified income and I’m fully financially independent, so I can easily provide proof of funds to show that rent and responsibilities are always covered on time.

I work a consistent full-time schedule during the week from 7am to 3:30pm and I’m typically out of the house on weekends spending time with my boyfriend during the day. Because of this, I’m a very low-impact roommate. When I am home, I enjoy being creative, cooking and playing video games. I also DJ as a hobby, but I’m extremely respectful of shared space. I always use headphones and keep my setup quiet and tidy.

I value a clean, functional, and respectful home. I’m firm about doing my share of chores and keeping common areas and the kitchen in great shape. I’m also a total animal lover! If you have pets, I’ve got plenty of experience with them and I’m always happy to help out with pet-sitting. I’m a relaxed person to live with. I’m comfortable with occasional guests and small get-togethers. I would like to have some of my own. I moved from out of state recently and would love to make new friends, but it’s not a requirement.

I’m also pretty tech-savvy, DIY’er and don’t like to cut corners. I pride myself in my ability to get things done, and being an open and communicative individual.

I’m looking for a dependable living situation with just one other roommate. My ideal setup includes:

Private Bathroom: I’m seeking a space where I have my own bathroom.

Well-Maintained Home: It’s important to me that all appliances are in good working order, as I treat the home with a lot of care.

Mutual Respect: I’m looking for a roommate who’s friendly and respectful of each other’s spaces, but also enjoys each others company if we end up having similar interests.
