A friend of mine, and I are potentially looking for two rooms close to everything- gyms, bookstores, grocery stores, live music, churches, restaurants, and the like from May on. Pedestrian-friendly is preferred. We would be preferable to pay $500 per room with all utilities included (internet, etc.)

I am respectful, organized, value clear communication, and have had roommates at places where I have owned properties.
I have also been roommates with others in various settings and have had tremendously growth-oriented and positive experiences.

I love music, online work, working out, bookstores, walking to theaters, museums, exploring history, cultural meet ups, parks, and more. I love conversations, meeting people, and the like.

I would like a spacious place where I could have room for my belongings, engage in teaching, and to be involved in the community as I am in transition.
