Hi! I’m Aviyah!

I’m relocating back to Ohio with my teenage son—this is home for us. We’ve done a lot of traveling over the past decade, and after a firefighter injury (volunteer firefighter, still proud of it 💪), I had to slow down, heal, and pivot careers. My other children are adults.

I’m now a CPR / BLS instructor with my own training company and will be contracting in Columbus and surrounding areas. I’m looking for a stable, respectful place to land while I build my business and get settled long-term.

About us: Quiet, clean, and very low-drama My son and I are used to sharing a room (twin beds or a bunk bed work perfectly) I’m organized, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces I mind my business—but I’m friendly and easy to live with

Lifestyle notes: Prefer a mature household (no party house energy) Small get-togethers are totally fine Prefer no dogs (cats are ok!) Non-smoker, occasional drinker Love to cook, juice, and pretend I’m fully plant-based (I’m trying 😅) Big on documentaries, writing, and creative projects I’m an author of four published books on Amazon, writing is my creative outlet, and my idea of a wild night is probably soup, a notebook, and a Netflix doc.

Logistics: Looking for 3–6 months, but happy to sign a 1-year lease if it helps someone financially Target move-in: early June (open to sooner if it’s the right fit) Happy to do a background check (I’ve had several for work—including an FBI check a few years back… and no felonies since, I promise 😄) Only medication I’m on is Adderall—which mostly means focused productivity and labeled containers. I’m also open to exchanging social media before committing—no pressure to interact, just transparency so we both know who we’re sharing space with.
