I now rent a room from a friend in Eagle River, but need a furnished room/bath or studio on a month to month rental while I wait for acceptance into the Palmer Pioneer Home where my veteran partner of 45 years & her cat reside. I use a walker due to heart / knee issues, so don’t handle stairs well, am fairly quiet, neat, like reading books, watching movies, 🍿 & Pepsi, but do prefer a healthy dietary lifestyle. I have a black Jeep SUV which is reliable, I’m not overly chatty, but like a good discussion that doesn’t get too emotionally embroiled. I enjoy the boys of summer (baseball) and sometimes a football game or concert. (On the tube). I have 5 grown kids, 3 in AK. I’m part of a group of cronies at Anchorage Sr Ctr who get together to play cards, do lunch, etc. I often answer questions too honestly when sharing life experiences, tho I don’t offer advice unless asked to; my “faith” is a personal relationship with my Creator and I’m firmly entrenched in the belief that everyone is entitled to be who they are. My favorite music is classic rock or meditation.
