I recently moved back to Charlotte and am seeking a room in a home or condo with 5 miles of South End. I’m a quiet and tidy young professional who values shared house upkeep and open communication. Just me, no pets or children, and 1 compact car. I work in retail marketing in South End and am pursuing my degree. Due to this, I would love to share a space with someone else as it fits into my budget and lifestyle better! I would prefer no more than 3 other roommates and living with other like-minded young professionals. Open to mixed-gender housing as well.

While I enjoy socializing, I’m also comfortable with a roommate/s who prefers solitude. I have lived with roommates before and have had 1 private landlord in 2023. I am happy to provide both personal and professional references from my job and previous landlord along with a background check.

I’m active and love weightlifting, yoga, and Pilates. With the nature of my job, I frequently visit local studios in search of brand ambassadors for my company. I often participate in local races and would love for potential roommates to share this love for fitness, but completely understand if the cult isn’t for you haha.

I’ve lived in NoDa and South End, Charlotte, and would love to live with a few miles of South End again as I prefer walking/biking to work or taking the rail when I can!
