I’m tidy, respectful, and communicative. I am queer and friendly, love pets, and don’t mind if you smoke or partake in cannabis so long as any vape or smoke is kept outside.

I can be quite sociable, but will respect personal space when asked.

One asterisk: My current job has me working till 11pm. Though I can try to be quiet getting home, if you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue. Similarly, if you are up and about in the apartment in the mornings a lot, I may have difficulty with this.
