I’m quiet, repectful and keep to myself, though conversation over coffee would be nice, sometimes. The move in date is basically anytime because I’m currently on a month to to month lease. My son and I have been in our current home for almost 8 years. He’s ready to live on his own and my landlord is retiring and is looking to sell. I’d be happy to run errands, pick up kids, help with homework, etc, if the asked for amount is to high, to be agreed upon with roomate/rental agreement. . I can also just stay to myself. I hope to not move again for some time. I just joined and will update my picture soon. This picture is from Uber and is out of date. (I’m having technical issues with this, currently.) I don’t smoke cannabis, but I don’t mind if you do. I love animals, though I lost my dog in September. Budget likely includes utilities.
