I am very easy going and have lived with many roommates throughout my adult life. I respect boundaries and enjoy sharing a home with roommates and have my privacy as well. Recently, my son went off to college, and for now, I am downsizing to the extreme, I guess. lol. As my lease comes to an end (February 18th, 2026) I have decided to put most of my things into my storage facility (need my standing desk for sure) and rent a room in a chill home in NOVA for a while, continue working hybrid while I consider relocating across the country. I would like a month-to-month lease or short-term lease for its flexibility. I am project manager for a living and enjoy trivia games, coffee, and hiking. I was born and raised in DC and have been living in NOVA for the past 25 years. I enjoy interesting conversations, people, and learning new things.
