I lead a quiet life. I work and have a few hobbies including reading. Considerate of others and expect the same courtesy. Heat is non-negotiable. It has to be at least 69 degrees in winter months. Loud noise is not appreciated past 9pm which includes tv, music, phone activity but I understand quiet considerate volume. Don’t smoke, drink, or do drugs and don’t want to live with it.
