Very Laid back/low maintenance young professional individual looking to start over in a new city. Just need a comfortable, quiet, affordable and clean space to rent to help get acquainted with a new city and build my finances to eventually get my own place again when it makes sense. I’m naturally introverted so I am not a bother whatsoever. Very courteous as well, I never want to be in the way of anyone else. I haven’t lived with anyone in a long time so that will be an adjustment for me. Paying on time is not an issue. I am currently a Property Manager but I have zero intention to challenge you on your expectations and/or “lease” requirements, I just want to vibe and fly under the radar and pay my portion peacefully and as a bonus meet like-minded and kind people
