My name is Louie I’m 35yrs old I’m currently homeless and I’m seeking a room for rent, I am employed I’m looking to move in no later than March 2026, I should have my funds in order by then. I’m looking for a place I can stay for a year then move somewhere else out of state. I’m very clean, quiet, always working or to myself, I’m always on time when it comes to my bills and rent. I have a clean background and again I’m just looking for a room for rent in the Richmond VA area, because the shelter I’m at closes in April and I’m trying to leave before then, I do have a girlfriend but I’m only looking for a room for myself at this moment and time.
