I am searching for a basement apartment to rent, preferably with a kitchenette in the Northern Virginia area so I can be closer to work. I would like to rent a place for a year minimum and if the rental works out well, I am open to staying longer. I am a very tidy, quiet, and professional person. I have two small dogs (20 lbs combined) that are friendly and house trained. I have many interests and hobbies, and I am a very laid-back person who enjoys comedy, travel, and music. I am also a very hard worker and can get along with anyone.
