I am in search of a room for myself and my cat, preferably with a private bathroom. I work overnight and prefer low key atmosphere without a lot of visitors. I do not have overnight guests, and I do not let my cat outside without me putting her on a leash.

I like to tinker on things, my car is a good example. I would like to be able to do that but is not a requirement. Just need a place that is cat friendly, without dogs. I am also trying to learn to sew but my interests will depend on my environment and what is allowable.

I am 62, a widow, and work full-time and sleep either first thing after work, or later in the early afternoon.. I do not want a lease, from time of move in my plan is 6 months, possibly 9 if I need to extend before I move on.

I have owned and rented, so I am quite conscientious of being respectful to others’ property.

I occasionally drink a beer or two, but do not like being around those who tend to drink in excess. I am a smoker but only smoke outside.

That’s about it. Oh, and I enjoy being out in the yard and had many plants but gave most away due to my need to move. But I am currently in a house with dogs so I have left her temporarily with someone. I miss her.terribly and want to find a place that is comfortable for both of us, as soon as it is possible.
