I’m studying to become a licensed professional counselor. My credit score is above 700. I don’t own a TV and do not watch TV and do not use social media. I use my living spaces to cook/eat, sleep, study, do yoga, meditate and read. I have no issue not having guests. I have a highly structured, simple lifestyle focused on work, career and personal development. I’m slotted to graduate in 2027. I work in central Hackensack. I own a small Kia Soul. I’m currently renting a 1BR apartment in Kearny (Hudson County) and I’m looking to reduce monthly living expenses and live closer to my job. I can provide references. No eviction history, no criminal history. I’m quiet, clean, low impact and safe. I do not have pets, and I do not drink alcohol or smoke or vape anything. I’m typically in bed by 9:30-10pm and up by 4:30-5am. I have furnishings but could store unnecessary items. I’d likely by out of the space much of the time.
