Hi! I’m a college student attending Mount San Jacinto College and I’m looking for a room to rent in or near San Jacinto. I’m responsible, respectful, and pretty low-key. I value a clean, peaceful living space and I’m very mindful of shared areas. I don’t smoke, don’t drink, and I’m usually either at school, studying, or relaxing at home. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but I also respect privacy and personal space. I’m looking for a safe, calm environment where everyone is considerate and communicates well. Ideally hoping to find a place that feels comfortable and positive—more like a home than just a room.
