I am a remote-worker who is social but enjoys alone time as well. I am allergic to cats and dogs, so would like someone who does not have any pets as well. I am relatively quiet and considerate as a roommate, and I believe in solving conflicts by communication.

I am looking to move in August or early September at the latest, since I will be starting grad school part time at Santa Clara University. I have a few apartments in mind already, but I am open to others as well.
