Hi I’m an easy going non smoker looking for a room to rent for a minimum of 6 months max 1 year beginning in April. I keep things tidy and avoid conflict at all cost. I work from home 3rd shift so I sleep most of day but I’m not a light sleeper . I’m used to a house full of activity. I have a stable work history and a ridiculously cute yorkie named Lola who is part of the package. I’ll be a new empty nester soon. So I will really need Lola as my emotional support to get through all these changes. I have an adult daughter who attends UT Arlington and may visit me from time to time.I look forward to meeting new people and potentially finding my new roomie.
