Looking to rent a 3-4 bd house/townhouse/condo with 1 other roommate (3 people total in the house). Ideal location is going to be central Irvine area. Looking for 1 more person who is clean/tidy (at least in the common areas), courteous and respectful. Ideally guests will be limited. Communication is key! You will need to be able to contribute at least ~$1700/month (TBD based on house choice) to rent/utilities. House temperature will be on the cooler side. ~74 during the day and ~69 at night.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful and courteous. My female dog is 10 years old and calm, quiet and very well behaved. She does not bark, at all. She is bathed regularly. Ideally the floor plan will allow her to just stay on the 1st floor. She would otherwise stay in my room or be very limited in the house. Honestly, all she does inside the house is eat and sleep. She will never ever be your responsibility at any time nor a nuisance, I can guarantee that and cite references of past roommates.
